Technical Product Manager

We are a cloud-based global All-in-One CX platform, offering solutions for our clients such as HR, Marketing, CRM, Project Management, and Helpdesk. 

Eliminating the problems of using different applications thanks to its all-in-one structure, CloudOffix provides ease for customers to manage all their business from start to finish. In addition to its low code structure, its customizability is one of its most striking features.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the product roadmap for assigned modules or features

• Develop a clear and accurate understanding of CloudOffix’s technical architecture, system boundaries, and platform constraints

• Translate business needs and customer problems into clear, technically feasible product requirements and user stories

• Act as a bridge between business expectations and platform capabilities by clearly knowing what the system can and cannot do

• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility, architectural alignment, and realistic scope

• Define functional and technical specifications, workflows, and edge cases

• Use AI-powered tools to enhance analysis, documentation, ideation,and requirement refinement, producing high-quality, value-driven product outputs

• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning

• Analyze user feedback, product metrics, and market trends to drive product improvements

• Support documentation efforts, including user guides and example use cases for local and international customers

• Contribute to AI-related product initiatives such as AI assistants and autonomous agents

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related technical field

• Strong understanding of software systems, APIs, databases, and cloud-based architectures

• Proven ability to understand complex technical systems end-to-end, including their limitations and trade-offs

• Experience working as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience with agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to use AI tools effectively to improve productivity, clarity, and product quality

• Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Nice to Have:

• Experience working on SaaS or enterprise software products

• Prior involvement in AI-powered or automation-driven products

• Regular use of AI tools as part of daily product work, beyond experimentation

• Background in writing product documentation, specifications, or training materials

• Experience supporting partners and encouraging sales through training and product enablement
