Invoices, contracts or technical documents uploaded to M-Files appear on the related ERP record, without switching screens.

Purchase, invoice and contract approvals run in M-Files with their documents, making M-Files the workflow platform the ERP needs.

Emails and attachments are saved from Outlook straight into M-Files against the related customer, project or contract, building a corporate email archive.

Teams reach, co-edit and share M-Files documents from inside Teams.
SharePoint and network folders
M-Files connects to SharePoint and network folders and manages documents in context without moving them.

How does SAP-integrated document management work?
Master data is kept in SAP and synced to M-Files. Documents added in SAP are saved in M-Files, documents in M-Files appear on the related SAP record, and approvals run in M-Files workflows.
Can it integrate with Logo?
Yes. The same two-way structure is built with Logo ERP: account, material and order data come into M-Files and documents are visible on both sides.
How are Outlook emails archived?
With M-Files’ Outlook integration, emails and attachments are saved to M-Files with the related customer, project or contract, creating a searchable email archive governed by permissions and retention rules.
Do we need to move documents out of SharePoint?
No. M-Files connects to SharePoint and network folders and manages documents where they are, with metadata and permissions; those that should move are classified and migrated.
