Implementation and integration

Implementation and integration that turn your design into a working system.

Implementation and integration is an end-to-end service that turns the target architecture into a live system, covering setup, data migration, ERP and system integration, and low-code application development. We protect your existing investments and connect your systems rather than adding new ones.

Who is it for?

Transformation projects are usually lost in implementation, not in strategy.

For organisations rolling out a new platform, moving off a legacy system, connecting their systems or taking a project into more than one country. The problems we see most often:

01

Systems that don’t talk to each other

The same data is keyed in again and again across ERP, CRM, HR and document systems, and people argue over which record is correct.

Our approach: We clarify data ownership and the matching and update rules, then build integrations through APIs and web services.

02

Risky data migration

Years’ worth of Excel files, legacy applications and paper archives end up in the new system incomplete or incorrect.

Our approach: We plan migration in scoping, cleansing, mapping and validation steps, and test it with real scenarios.

03

Relying on IT for every change

Even a small change to a form or approval joins a development queue that lasts months, so business units stop waiting and go back to their own spreadsheets.

Our approach: We build processes on low-code platforms so they can be adapted quickly, and make sure in-house teams can maintain them too.

04

A new system nobody uses

The project is technically finished, but it doesn’t fit how people work, so nobody adopts it and the old methods carry on.

Our approach: We analyse working habits, start with a pilot and make adoption part of the project through role-based training.

05

Implementation quality that varies by country

When companies in different countries work with different partners, processes, data structures and service standards drift apart.

Our approach: Through our offices in Türkiye, Germany and the USA, we bring the same project discipline and implementation standard to every country.

What we do

End-to-end implementation, from target architecture to live system.

Setup and configuration

Cloud, on-premises or hybrid setup; data model, forms, screens, permissions and approval flows configured for your organisation.

Data migration and archive digitisation

A planned move from Excel, legacy applications, file servers and paper archives, with OCR to make scanned documents searchable.

ERP and system integration

API and web-service integrations with systems such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.

Low-code and AI Builder

Custom applications, workflows, AI assistants and autonomous task managers; customised models become part of AI processes from day one.

Testing, training and go-live

User acceptance testing with real scenarios, role-based training and a controlled go-live plan.

Multi-country rollouts

Rollouts that balance a shared template with local needs, using the same project discipline in Türkiye, Europe and the USA.

How we work

From analysis to go-live, controlled and measurable.

We adapt the project method to scope and scale; a typical implementation goes through these steps.

01

Analysis and solution design

We analyse processes, user roles, data sources and integration needs, and sign off the solution design together with the business.

02

Data and integration plan

We define the records to migrate, data ownership, mappings and update rules, and set the integration scope based on what each system can support technically.

03

Configuration and development

We configure the platform, build custom apps and workflows with low-code, and set up the integrations.

04

Testing and pilot

We test real scenarios with a priority team or process, check that migrated data is accurate and refine based on feedback.

05

Training and go-live

We complete role-based training and manage go-live in a planned, controlled way.

06

Handover and ongoing support

We hand over the documentation and transfer the project to our customer success teams, then keep driving adoption and improvement together.

Deliverables

What will you have at the end?

Scope varies by project; typical deliverables include:

  • Signed-off solution design and process flows
  • Data migration plan, mapping rules and validation results
  • Integration design and working integrations
  • Configured platform and custom applications
  • User acceptance tests and pilot results
  • Role-based training materials and sessions
  • Go-live and rollout plan
  • System documentation and handover package
Tools we use

Strong platforms, in the right place.

As an M-Files Premier Elite Partner and CloudOffix Global Partner, these are the tools we use most often in implementation projects:

CloudOffix

An AI-native, low-code business platform that brings sales, marketing, HR, projects, support and operations into one data model.

Explore CloudOffix

CloudOffix AI Builder

AI assistants and autonomous task managers for your processes, working directly on the database without copying data elsewhere.

Explore AI Builder

M-Files

An information management platform that can connect information without moving it and integrates with ERP, CRM and the Microsoft ecosystem.

FAQ

About implementation and integration

01

Can you integrate with our existing ERP and CRM?

Yes. We design integrations around the API, web-service and data-access capabilities of your systems, and agree with you on the records to share, data ownership, mappings and update rules.

02

Do we have to replace our current systems?

Not always. Our aim is not to replace existing investments but to keep what works, connect what needs connecting and add something new only where it creates value.

03

How is data migration handled?

Data migration is managed as a planned process of scoping, cleansing, mapping and validation. Accuracy is checked with real scenarios during the pilot and, where needed, scanned documents are made searchable with OCR.

04

What can be built with low-code?

With low-code you can build custom forms, screens, workflows, approval mechanisms, reports and AI assistants. As processes change, the structure can be adapted again.

05

How are project duration and cost determined?

Project duration and cost depend on the number of users, process scope, data migration and integration needs, and the level of customisation. The implementation plan and proposal are finalised after a needs analysis; no single duration or price applies to every project.

Let’s connect your systems.

Let’s review your current architecture, data sources and goals together and draw up the implementation and integration plan that suits you.
