Consent Form

I hereby accept, declare and undertake that I consent to photographs and images of me being recorded and included in all kinds of visual and audio-visual material, including photographs, videos and comments, during the Digital Experience Summit'26 event to be held by Mechsoft Bilgi ve İletişim Teknolojileri Ticaret A.Ş. (the “Company”) on 13.05.2026 at Küçükbakkalköy, Kayışdağı Cd. No:3, 34750 Ataşehir/İstanbul, and/or to the use of my previously recorded voice and images; that I grant the Company a full licence, free of charge, on an exclusive, irrevocable and perpetual basis, in Türkiye and abroad, without any limitation as to place, content, medium, number or any other element, and transferable to third parties, over: the fixation, adaptation, reproduction, sale, distribution, rental and lending of these voice recordings and images and of any versions of them that have been modified, combined or separated by technical means or otherwise processed (all together referred to as the “Material”); the powers to exercise all economic and moral rights that have arisen or may arise over the Material under the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846 (the “Law”) (including the rights of adaptation, reproduction, distribution and performance, the rights of communication to the public by devices for transmitting signs, sounds and/or images, including digital transmission, the authority to make the work public, the authority to have the author’s name indicated, the authority to prohibit changes to the work, the author’s rights against the possessor and the owner, and the resale royalty (droit de suite) right regulated in Article 45 of the Law); the inclusion and communication to the public of the Material in digital media, including the internet and intranets; its recording on sound- and image-carrying devices known at the date of this document or produced with technical means developed after that date; and, in addition to these rights, the neighbouring rights I hold or will hold over the Material, as well as all my rights existing over the Material under the Turkish Civil Code No. 4721 and other relevant legislation; and that I have no claim against the Company by reason of the full licence I have granted.
