Zoho CRM alternative: CloudOffix Sales Cloud and Zoho CRM

We set Zoho CRM and CloudOffix Sales Cloud side by side against the criteria that decide a CRM choice in Turkey: editions, hosting, data location and KVKK, İYS integration, customisation, AI and support. Zoho details come from Zoho’s public pages, with sources and dates. In short: Zoho CRM is strong for a quick, economical start; if you need your processes from sales to service and billing in one data model, shaped around your company, CloudOffix stands out.

Why an alternative?

The right question when looking for a Zoho CRM alternative

A search for a “Zoho CRM alternative” usually comes from one of two situations: a small or mid-sized company choosing its first CRM wants to compare Zoho CRM with other options, or a company on Zoho CRM looks for a different approach as it grows, because of customisation, integration, local support or data location requirements. In both cases the right question is not “which is better” but “which fits our sales process, data requirements and budget”.

Zoho CRM is the cloud CRM application of India-based Zoho Corporation and is designed to work with Zoho’s accounting, help desk and marketing applications. CloudOffix Sales Cloud is the sales and CRM application of the CloudOffix platform and is independent of Zoho products. For what Zoho CRM is, its editions and features, see the What is Zoho CRM? guide. This page focuses only on the comparison.

Why CloudOffix?

Projects where CloudOffix makes the difference

CloudOffix also works for small teams; it makes its real difference in mid-size and enterprise projects with heavy company-specific processes, approvals and integrations. Examples from MechSoft’s CloudOffix projects:

Call centre, e-commerce and support on one platform

At a healthcare group, call centre, e-commerce and support processes run in separate systems and Excel came together on the same data in CloudOffix, with carrier integrations and automated workflows.

From Excel to a company-specific finance set-up

At a fast-growing tourism company, income and expenses, supplier payments and profitability analysis moved to a company-specific set-up that kept the team’s habits; profit and loss became visible in real time.

Company-specific modules, with low-code

At an industrial company, leave, performance, onboarding and the employee lifecycle came together on one platform with company-specific modules and workflows designed with low-code.

From processes to operations at a holding company

At a holding group’s energy company, processes redesigned around the organisation’s needs extended into operational processes with CloudOffix.

Which fits whom?

When does each stand out?

01

Zoho CRM may stand out

Small and growing teams with a standard sales process that want a quick, low-cost start; companies that want to try the free edition or already use Zoho apps.

02

CloudOffix Sales Cloud may stand out

If your sales process has many company-specific stages, approvals and integrations; if you want sales, service, billing and HR in one data model, data kept in Turkey and the project run in Turkish by a local team. CloudOffix also suits small teams; it makes its real difference in mid-size and enterprise projects.

03

In either case

Ask for a demo with your own sales process, and compare the three-year total cost including licences, add-on products, implementation, customisation, integration and support in writing.

Questions to ask when choosing a CRM in Turkey

Whichever platform you evaluate, the answers to these questions shape the total cost and the success of the project.

  • Is there a Turkish interface, and implementation and support delivered in Turkey, in Turkish?
  • In which country is your data stored? Does it require transferring personal data abroad under KVKK, Turkey’s data protection law?
  • How is integration with İYS, Turkey’s commercial message consent system, handled?
  • Can fields, stages and approvals specific to your sales process be adapted without code?
  • Are AI and automation part of everyday sales work, or a separate add-on?
  • What is the scope and cost of integrating existing systems such as ERP, accounting and email?
  • What is the three-year total cost including licences, implementation, customisation and support?
FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Zoho CRM alternatives

01

What is the best Zoho CRM alternative?

There is no single right answer. The choice depends on how complex your sales process is, where data must be stored, local requirements such as İYS, the need for customisation and integration, expectations of local support and total cost. Answering these criteria for several platforms in one table is the soundest approach.

02

What is the difference between Zoho One and CloudOffix?

Zoho One bundles 45+ separate Zoho apps connected by integrations. In CloudOffix, sales, service, billing, HR and projects run on the same platform in one data model: the same customer record is shared by every process and no integration is needed to move data between applications.

03

Is Zoho CRM for small companies?

Zoho CRM’s free edition (3 users) and entry plans make it especially attractive to small and growing businesses; the Enterprise and Ultimate plans also serve larger teams. Customisation limits depend on the plan (for example 10 custom fields per module and 5 active workflow rules in Standard); as company-specific processes grow, plan upgrades and additional Zoho apps come into play.

04

Can Zoho CRM data be kept in Turkey?

In the region list on Zoho’s “Know Your Datacenter” page (accessed 27 October 2026), Turkey is not a datacenter region; the account is assigned to a datacenter in Europe, the Middle East or another region by the country chosen at sign-up. Whether a transfer abroad under KVKK is involved should be assessed with your legal team. With CloudOffix, data of customers in Turkey is stored in Turkey.

05

Is the free edition of Zoho CRM enough?

According to Zoho’s pricing page, the Free edition is free for up to 3 users and suits basic record keeping and sales tracking. Sales automation, advanced reporting, customisation and AI features are in the paid editions; as the team and process grow, compare against those editions and the total cost.

06

How is a move from Zoho CRM to CloudOffix Sales Cloud planned?

MechSoft first analyses the current sales process, fields, workflow rules and integrations with Zoho applications; the customer, contact and opportunity data to move and the configuration are planned within the project, and teams switch over together with training.
