What drives CRM pricing?
Most CRM software is priced as a monthly per-user subscription; the amount depends on the plan and edition, the number of users and the contract length. Licences alone do not set the total cost, though. A CRM project’s budget is made up of:
- Licences: plan, number of users, add-on modules and contract length.
- Implementation and tailoring: fields, stages, approvals and reports fitted to your sales process.
- Integration: connections to existing systems such as ERP, accounting, email and İYS.
- Data migration and training: moving existing customer data and training the teams.
- Support and evolution: support after go-live and development for new needs.
We therefore recommend comparing on at least a three-year total cost rather than the monthly per-user price.
Questions to ask when choosing a CRM in Turkey
Whichever platform you evaluate, the answers to these questions decide the total cost and the project’s success.
- Is there a Turkish interface, and implementation and support delivered in Turkey, in Turkish?
- In which country is your data stored? Does it require transferring personal data abroad under KVKK, Turkey’s data protection law?
- How is integration with İYS, Turkey’s commercial message consent system, handled?
- Can fields, stages and approvals specific to your sales process be adapted without code?
- Are AI and automation part of everyday sales work, or a separate add-on?
- What is the three-year total cost including licences, implementation, customisation and support?
Frequently asked questions about choosing a CRM
Which is the best CRM software?
There is no single best CRM for everyone. The right choice depends on how your sales process works, the number of users, integration needs, where the data must be stored and the three-year total cost. We recommend answering the questions above for each candidate.
What do CRM prices depend on?
On the licence side: plan and edition, number of users and contract length; on the project side: implementation, tailoring, integration, data migration, training and support. Comparisons should therefore be made on total cost.
A local CRM or a global one?
Global platforms offer a broad ecosystem; for a company operating in Turkey, support in Turkish, implementation with a local partner, İYS integration and keeping data in Turkey can be decisive. For customers in Turkey, CloudOffix keeps data in Turkey, so personal data does not need to be transferred abroad under KVKK.
