How is Zoho CRM used in Turkey?
Zoho CRM can be bought online directly, but projects in Turkey are mostly delivered with Zoho’s authorised partners, who provide implementation, customisation, integration and training. According to Zoho’s “Know Your Datacenter” page, an account is assigned, based on the country chosen at sign-up, to a data centre in one of these regions: the United States, the European Union, India, Australia, China, Japan, Canada, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. When evaluating, look at the partner’s local team, the support model, the country where your data is stored and Turkey-specific requirements (İYS, e-invoice integrations, KVKK data protection) alongside the licence.
Questions to ask when choosing a CRM in Turkey
Whichever platform you evaluate, the answers to these questions shape the total cost and the success of the project.
- Is there a Turkish interface, and implementation and support delivered in Turkey, in Turkish?
- In which country is your data stored? Does it require transferring personal data abroad under KVKK, Turkey’s data protection law?
- How is integration with İYS, Turkey’s commercial message consent system, handled?
- Can fields, stages and approvals specific to your sales process be adapted without code?
- Are AI and automation part of everyday sales work, or a separate add-on?
- What is the scope and cost of integrating existing systems such as ERP, accounting and email?
- What is the three-year total cost including licences, implementation, customisation and support?
